Jessica rapidly gained knowledge of the industry by conducting comprehensive research on the markets, studying the LTB and RTA, and most importantly, engaging with clients – comprising of property owners and tenants – to identify optimal solutions for any challenges they may encounter.
Having spent years working with different companies, Jessica felt that the time had come for her to address a significant gap in the property management industry – catering to the specific needs of both property owners and tenants. This is what Phoenix Rising is all about – a name that reflects our vision and passion for both PRPM Inc and the industry.
Growing up, Jessica never envisioned owning her own company, as her upbringing suggested that she would never make much headway in life. However, when Jessica landed her first sales job it was a blessing, and the owners believed in her, pushing her to be the person she is today. Similar to the mystical Phoenix, she rose from the ashes and has become something beyond anyone’s imagination. With her expertise and passion for property management, she aims to construct something truly extraordinary from the ground up – much like a Phoenix Rising!

Very attentive service with prompt response. Jessica our main contact and is amazing to work with. Needed to get the whole furnace and A/C changed and was done in a very professional and quick matter. Also very good taste in general, our dinning room light fixture was broken by previous tenant and she found us an amazing model to replace it, even nicer than original one. They were able to fix a number of mistakes from my previous property manager, some serious, like lease agreement errors. Their prices are also competitive.
