  • BASIC SERVICE PLAN 4%

    • 4% of the monthly rent roll
    • Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner
    • This plan is to ensure the owners are complying with the RTA maintenance submission requirements. PRPM Inc will not collect rent from the tenant
    • The owner will make a monthly payment to PRMP Inc via credit card and/or e-transfer
    • 1 month’s rent for tenant placement
  • STANDARD SERVICE PLAN 6%

    • 6% of the monthly rent roll
    • Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner
    • Submitting all maintenance requests to a technician for repair
    • Rent collection
    • N4 notices
    • Monthly drive-by inspection
    • 1 month’s rent for tenant placement
    • Financial reporting
    • Move-in/Move-out inspections - $75.00
    • Unit turnover
  • SUPPORT SERVICE PLAN 8%

    • 8% of the monthly rent roll.
    • Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner.
    • Submitting all maintenance requests under $200 to a technician for repair.
    • Rent collection
    • LTB notices such as N4, N1
    • Monthly drive-by inspection
    • 1 month’s rent for tenant placement
    • Financial reporting
    • Move-in/move-out inspections - $75.00
    • Unit turnover
  • PREMIER SERVICE PLAN 10%

    • 10% of, the monthly rent roll.
    • Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner.
    • Submitting all maintenance requests under $200 to a technician for repair.
    • Rent collection
    • LTB notices such as N4, N1
    • Processing L1, and L2 at PRPM cost.
    • ½ month’s rent for tenant placement
    • Monthly drive-by inspection
    • Financial Reporting
    • Move-in/ Move out inspections - $50.00
    • Unit turn over
  • EXECUTIVE SERVICE PLAN 12%

    • 12% of the monthly rent roll.
    • Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner.
    • Submitting all maintenance requests under $200 to a technician for repair.
    • Rent collection.
    • ½ month’s rent for tenant placement
    • Monthly drive-by inspection
    • Financial Reporting
    • Move-in/ Move out inspections - included
    • Unit turn over
  • PRESIDENT SERVICE PLAN 12%-15%

    • 12-15% of the monthly rent roll. This package is typically for new builds.
    • Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner.
    • Submitting all maintenance request to the builder for warranty.
    • 30-day inspections
    • PDI
    • Tarion Submissions
    • ½ month’s rent tenant placement fee.
    • Monthly drive by inspection
    • Financial Reporting
  • VACATION MANAGEMENT $575

    Going on vacation and worried about your home? Don't be. PRPM Inc will attend twice a week to ensure the safety and security of your home.


    • PDF report provided after each visit
    • Interior check to ensure there are no leaks
    • Exterior check to ensure there is no damage to the home
    • Cycling the water lines
    • Watering your plants and much more
  • ADDITIONAL CHARGES

    Spring & Fall Inspection $75

    Spring and fall inspection is $75 +HST per property. Inspection includes replacing furnace filter as well as a detailed report provided to homeowner.


    Combined Spring & Fall Payment $100

    Register for both spring and fall at the same time $100 plus HST per property. Will include furnace filter and detailed report provided to homeowner.


    Listing Fee - 1 Month Rent

    If you simply want to list your home with PRPM Inc there is a fee of 1 month’s rent + HST. If you list your home and decide to continue with management services, the first month service is free.


    After Hours Emergency Calls $175

    After hours emergency calls 7pm- 7am - depending on the situation, there will be an additional fee of $175 +HST


    Maintenance Invoice Charges 10%

    There is a 10% charge to all final invoice for maintenance. This is provided to you separately with the contractor invoice. No hidden fees. ( Price may be negotiated for special situations)

    Need a Lease Agreement $175

    Need LTB Information as a Landlord $150

    Cases may vary. All prices are subject to HST.


    Need Advice on LTB as a Tenant $50
