Most PM companies are cookie-cutter, one size fits all mentality. Not PRPM Inc. On top of our standard plans, you can create your own plan based on what you need! Pricing will vary between 4% to 15% based on your home and management style.
With PRPM we take a hands-on approach, night, or day. If you have questions, we are on-call for you 24/7 – 365 days of the year.
You will have a custom portfolio that is accessible to all staff, detailing your property information. You will have access to an owner portal to see the total rent collected for your property, maintenance submissions, the last home inspection and much more.
You are entrusting PRPM Inc to manage your home, not control your home. We have all of your information when you need it.
4% of the monthly rent roll. Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner. This plan is to ensure the owners are complying with the RTA maintenance submission requirements. PRPM Inc will not collect rent from the tenant. The owner will make a monthly payment to PRMP Inc via credit card and/or e-transfer.
6% of the monthly rent roll. Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner. Submitting all maintenance request under $200 to a technician for repair. Rent collection, N4 notices.
8% of the monthly rent roll. Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner. Submitting all maintenance request under $200 to a technician for repair. Rent collection, all LTB notices such as N4, N1.
10% of, the monthly rent roll. Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner. Submitting all maintenance request under $200 to a technician for repair. Rent collection, all LTB notices such as N4, N1, processing L1, L2 at PRPM cost.
12% of the monthly rent roll. Coordinating and communicating with the tenant on behalf of the owner. Submitting all maintenance request under $200 to a technician for repair. Rent collection. Trouble tenants or LTB processes while tenant is in the home. If a lawyer is required for proceedings, there is additional cost of $750 per hour for the lawyer’s time in court.
12-15% of the monthly rent roll. This package is for new builds. Owners are not aware nor want to deal with the warranty departs for maintenance, 30-day inspections, Tarion Submissions etc. This plan will offer ½ months rent tenant placement fee. Depending on what owners are looking for, the price may vary.

Spring and fall inspection is $75 +HST per property. Inspection includes replacing furnace filter as well as a detailed report provided to homeowner.
Register for both spring and fall at the same time $100 plus HST per property. Will include furnace filter and detailed report provided to homeowner.
If you simply want to list your home with PRPM Inc there is a fee of 1 month’s rent + HST. If you list your home and decide to continue with management services, the first month service is free.
After hours emergency calls 7pm- 7am - depending on the situation, there will be an additional fee of $175 +HST
There is a 10% charge to all final invoice for maintenance. This is provided to you separately with the contractor invoice. No hidden fees. ( Price may be negotiated for special situations)
